Wellness and Empowerment Program for Girls
Middle school and high school can pose a unique set of challenges for teenage girls. As girls undergo physical and emotional changes, two of the most common challenges they face are struggles with social relationships and difficulties with personal wellness including sleep issues, life balance, food choices, and physical activity. The Wellness and Empowerment Program for Girls is designed to help girls navigate through this often-difficult time by providing a group setting that is interactive, fun and safe. This program teaches research-driven strategies to combat toxic thinking and negative influences while increasing their resiliency, self-confidence, positive thinking, overall wellness and life satisfaction.
Make Your Summer Count
Start summer off on the right foot by practicing and implementing strategies to live well over the summer break. Pre-teens and teens tend to have more time over the summer, along with more independence and personal choices. This camp teaches and assists participants in implementing research-driven strategies to form healthy habits for the summer months through the use of fun, engaging, and interactive activities. Topics covered include time management, physical activity, eating well, and social interaction. Research shows that habits are more easily changed when a natural schedule change occurs in life, such as summer break from school. This camp is a perfect way to set the stage for a well balanced and healthy summer break for your child!
Give Your Summer a Healthy Boost
Description: Summer is packed with activities and fun, and healthy habits can take a backseat when things get busy. Join us for one or both of our summer healthy boost half-day workshops to become re-inspired and learn about and implement healthy daily strategies into your routine. Topics covered include eating well, staying physically active, and managing time well over the summer months. The workshop includes fun and interactive activities, including a fun workout. Leave the workshop feeling motivated to implement healthy rituals into your summer daily routine!

Prepare for the return to school by practicing and implementing strategies to live well throughout the upcoming school year. This camp teaches and assists participants in implementing research-driven strategies to form healthy habits for the upcoming school year through the use of fun, engaging, and interactive activities. Some of the topics covered in this camp include stress management, mindfulness, time management, and positive thinking. This camp is a great opportunity to prepare to start the school year off right, with healthy habits and strategies in place!
