Our clinicians may recommend participation in a mini group with a peer (or two) for an added social benefit. Working with others with similar goals can provide empowerment, increased accountability, and added support.
How to join a mini group:
- Form your own group (typically 2-3 people) and contact us to set up an appointment.
- If you are interested in a mini group format, however do not have a peer in mind, we will attempt to pair you with a peer (or 2) that may be a good fit for you.
