Wellness content is incorporated into all Elevate Wellness services. However, in order to customize sessions and dive deeper into individual goals, wellness services are also offered on an individual basis or in mini groups of 2-3 people.

Wellness services incorporate:

  • Assisting clients in healthy lifestyle changes in the following categories: sleep, eating habits, stress management, physical activity, time management, and overall life balance
  • Addressing each client’s individual needs and goals in order to increase life satisfaction
  • Assisting clients with healthy habit change
  • Teaching how to set realistic and measurable long-term and short-term goals
  • Providing education about wellness topics
  • Identifying personality traits that improve effectiveness and follow through with habit change
