Elevate Wellness is a holistic wellness center unlike any other in the Brainerd Lakes community. We are focused on empowering clients to take charge of their physical and mental well-being. Elevate Wellness offers cutting edge self-care technology that does not require a practitioner. This technology includes an FDA cleared red light bed (also known as photobiomodulation), halo (dry salt) therapy lounge, 3D body scanning, whole body vibration, lymphatic compression, infrared sauna, and recreational oxygen.

Elevate Wellness offers whole body programs that enhance weight loss, facilitate detoxification, help alleviate pain, and relieve stress. In addition to our programs, we offer services a la carte and in packages, tailored to specific needs of clients.
